Please allow up to 4 weeks for your ve.co piece to be produced. All pieces are made in Australia from start to finish. If you require an item urgently, please email hello@vecojewellery.com and we will advise if we can meet your delivery date.

Shipping is $15 flat rate for all domestic parcels sent via Express Post. Postage is complimentary for all Australian orders over $200. Once dispatched, you should expect to receive your order within 1 -2 business days. You will be sent a tracking number on fulfilment of your order so you can monitor your parcels journey.

New Zealand orders cost $20 to ship and will be sent via Australia Post. All other international orders will incur a flat rate of $30 and will also be sent via Australia Post. You should receive your parcel within 10 business days of dispatch. ve.co is not responsible for any import taxes, sales taxes, brokerage fees or duties.

returns

Please take care when ordering your Made To Order or Custom jewellery as we cannot accept returns. Sales are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind. 

Ready to Ship items purchased within Australia may be returned for a credit or exchange within 7 days of purchase.

Return shipping is at the cost of the customer. We recommend using an express service with signature on delivery.

Items must be returned in new unworn condition with original packaging. If your item shows signs of wear, we reserve the right to decline your credit or exchange request.

If you ordered the incorrect ring size we do offer a resizing service, however you will be charged an nominal fee. 

If you would like the length of your necklace altered we can adjust this for you, please send us an email to arrange.
